About Colour

Colour names given anywhere on this site are for reference only. The holder is made of transparent and tinted parts, so the colour you perceive changes with lighting, viewing angle, the Core inside, and your screen settings — and the same piece can look different to different people. Please treat the product images as the reference.

Quality Assurance

If the item arrives with cracks, surface defects or assembly faults, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. A difference between the perceived colour and the product image is not treated as a defect. This does not affect your rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

Retail orders dispatch within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Delivery within Korea usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. Remote areas may require an additional 2–3 days and extra delivery charges.

Returns and refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused. For Cores, the seal must remain intact; opening only the outer sleeve does not remove the return right. Empty Holders are not cosmetics and are not subject to the Core seal restriction.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we cover return shipping. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact support@acosmeticstory.com before returning an item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return; banks may need additional time.

Q. 里面有内容物吗？
A. 本产品即 holder（容器）本身。里面的 core 可另行选择，因此您可以搭配自己喜欢的质地与容量使用。
Q. 我现有的 acosmeticstory core 都可以使用吗？
A. 是的。acosmeticstory 的 core 均按照相同的扣合规格制造，7g、15g、30g 都可以用于此 holder。
Q. 可以多次拆卸和安装吗？
A. 使用正常力量拆卸时可以重复使用。但由于塑料的特性，多次施加过大的力可能会逐渐削弱固定力，因此建议水平对齐后按压安装。
Q. 一个 holder 可以使用 7g / 15g / 30g 的 core 吗？
A. 是的，根据我们的 core 标准，设计为兼容 7g、15g、30g。但随着重量增加，core 高度不同，可能会略微凸出，但使用没有问题。
Q. 可以单独购买 holder 吗？
A. 是的，holder 可以与内容物分开单独购买，并且同一类型的 holder 的盖子与瓶身可以互换使用。
