A semi-translucent cream between balm and cream — dense enough to hold its shape, soft enough to spread
Retail orders dispatch within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Delivery within Korea usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. Remote areas may require an additional 2–3 days and extra delivery charges.
Available destinations, shipping services, shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout for your address and order.
Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused. For Cores, the seal must remain intact; opening only the outer sleeve does not remove the return right. Empty Holders are not cosmetics and are not subject to the Core seal restriction.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we cover return shipping. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact support@acosmeticstory.com before returning an item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return; banks may need additional time.
