Order Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact customer service before sending your item back. Orders may also be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer service.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be free from scratches, stains, or signs of use, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Items returned without all original packaging and accessories
