  • The Core must be unused, with the sealing membrane on the container intact.
  • Important: once the sealing membrane is removed, the Core cannot be returned or exchanged, for health protection and hygiene reasons. Opening the outer sleeve does not affect your right to return.
  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in both directions.
  • Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
