Quality Assurance

If the item arrives with cracks, surface defects or assembly faults, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. A difference between the perceived colour and the product image is not treated as a defect. This does not affect your rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, destination and carrier conditions. Shipping fees are shown on the product page.

Order Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer service before sending anything back. Orders may also be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns the customer bears the return shipping cost. Returned items must be unused and free from scratches or stains, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items with scratches, stains or signs of use
  • Items returned without all original packaging and accessories
  • Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery

For items with cracks, surface defects or assembly faults we cover return shipping in both directions and offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

A. Dieses Produkt ist der Holder (Behälter) selbst. Der Core, der hineinkommt, wird separat gewählt, sodass Sie ihn mit der Formulierung und Größe Ihrer Wahl kombinieren können.
F. Kann ich alle acosmeticstory Cores verwenden, die ich bereits habe?
A. Ja. Alle acosmeticstory Cores werden nach derselben Verschlussspezifikation gefertigt, sodass 7g, 15g und 30g mit diesem Holder verwendet werden können.
F. Kann ich es mehrmals entfernen und einsetzen?
A. Ja, wiederholte Verwendung ist mit normaler Kraft möglich. Aufgrund der Natur von Kunststoff kann jedoch übermäßige Kraft, die wiederholt angewendet wird, die Befestigungsstärke allmählich schwächen, daher empfehlen wir, horizontal auszurichten und zu drücken, um zu befestigen.
F. Kann ein Holder mit 7g / 15g / 30g Cores verwendet werden?
A. Ja, für unsere Cores ist es so konzipiert, dass es mit 7g, 15g und 30g kompatibel ist. Mit zunehmendem Gewicht unterscheidet sich jedoch die Core-Höhe, sodass er leicht erhöht erscheinen kann, aber es gibt kein Problem bei der Verwendung.
F. Kann ich zusätzliche Holder separat kaufen?
A. Ja, Holder können separat vom Inhalt gekauft werden, und bei Holdern desselben Typs lassen sich Deckel und Körper untereinander tauschen.
