Handle with care. Strong impact or dropping may cause damage. Use only for attaching the Core; avoid other uses. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children.

If the item arrives with cracks, surface defects, or assembly faults, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

Order cancellation, exchange এবং return

delivery-এর ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে unused items return করা যায়। return request করতে item পাঠানোর আগে customer service-এ যোগাযোগ করুন। dispatch-এর আগে customer service-এ যোগাযোগ করে order cancel-ও করা যায়।

change-of-mind return-এর ক্ষেত্রে return shipping cost customer-এর দায়িত্ব। returned item-এ scratch, stain বা signs of use থাকা যাবে না এবং original packaging ও accessories সম্পূর্ণ থাকতে হবে।

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Items returned without all original packaging and accessories
• Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery
