About Colour

The holder is made of transparent and tinted parts, so the colour you perceive changes with lighting, viewing angle, the Core inside, and your screen settings — and the same piece can look different to different people. Quality Assurance

If the item arrives with cracks, surface defects or assembly faults, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. A difference between the perceived colour and the product image is not treated as a defect. This does not affect your rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, destination and carrier conditions. Shipping fees are shown on the product page.

Order Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer service before sending anything back. Orders may also be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns the customer bears the return shipping cost. Returned items must be unused and free from scratches or stains, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items with scratches, stains or signs of use
  • Items returned without all original packaging and accessories
  • Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery

For items with cracks, surface defects or assembly faults we cover return shipping in both directions and offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
