Removing the Core

When replacing the core, gently press the designated release hole at the bottom of the holder with your finger. The core pops up smoothly without needing to pry with your nails or apply excessive force, ensuring scratch-free removal and smooth replacement without nail damage or holder deformation.

Q. Does it come with contents inside?
A. No. This product provides only the holder (container). The core/contents to go inside are sold separately.
Q. Can I use other cores I already have?
A. No. This holder is designed exclusively for our cores. Cores from other brands or with different specifications may not fit properly or become loose due to differences in diameter, height, and attachment structure, so we do not recommend using them.
Q. Can I remove and insert it multiple times?
A. Yes, repeated use is possible with normal force. However, due to the nature of plastic, excessive force applied repeatedly may gradually weaken the attachment strength, so we recommend aligning horizontally and pressing to attach.
Q. Can one holder be used with 7ml / 15ml / 30ml cores?
A. Yes, for our cores, it is designed to be compatible with 7ml, 15ml, and 30ml. However, as the capacity increases, the core height differs, so it may appear slightly raised, but there is no problem with use.
Q. Can I purchase additional holders separately?
A. Yes, holders can be purchased separately from the contents. It is convenient when you have multiple colors and only replace the cores.
